How can you offer charts at such a discount? Answer -The chart distribution center offered agents that qualified two purchase plans. ChartDealer.com opted for the plan that allowed for the largest discount but had a chart return restriction. Unused charts can no longer be returned under this program. We recommend that you purchase smaller orders and use our convenient account manager to re-submit orders when your inventory is low. This was the best option to offer the deepest discount to you so that you can retain an acceptible margin to resell charts.

What is the discount or price of your charts? Answer - The discount is 40% off retail! Our goal was to keep the pricing in line with the price you received when you ordered charts yourself from the Chart Distribution Center. Because of our pricing structure, you continue to have a worthwhile profit margin on selling charts.

Have there been any other changes with the new Chart Agent Model? Answer - Yes. Some retail prices of charts have increased. For example, sales outlets may now sell Aeronautical Sectional Charts for $9.50. (a 5% increase) Please click on the top menu tab for Aviation or Maritime to see the new retail price level for the new chart agent model. You will also find Latest Edition and Scheduled Revision information in those sections to download.

Can I place Standing Orders? Answer - Yes. The Chart Distribution Center has been overloaded since the new chart model switchover and it may take several weeks to get standing orders set up in the new system. However, we are going to allow standing orders to those businesses that complete a credit application and qualify. Click Here to download the credit application and fax it to: 609-498-7558

How much will shipping cost and are there minimum orders? Answer - The minimum order is $50 and our shipping fee schedule is below.
